The chair is comfortable and offers good lumbar support for all day seating. Salesperson was extremely helpful. Had it assembled which was a help but it took an extra day to come in. No problem I would recommend to everyone

I love my new chair. Easy to put together (except pushing the wheels in which is always a pain on any chair). I increased the tension for a firmer feel. My son likes this chair better than his own gaming chair and has been trying to trade me. It gives me both lumbar and shoulder support for 10 hour days. Very happy with my purchase.
