I love the chair (actually I bought two - for two desk or computer areas). I now wonder why I did not do this sooner. They are comfortable and the back of the chair fits my back great. When I went to look at chairs this was the first chair I tried. I looked and sat in other chairs and kept going back to this one and compared it to other ones. I spent about 45 minutes looking and sitting in chairs and went back the next day and bought two.

Very nice chair movement and swivel are excellent. My only issue not anticipated is that the arms are a little high for me and get in the way when I type. However that may only be a problem for me because I am short.

The chair is very comfortable especially after having my prior one for years. However I like to sit cross legged and the arm rest brackets aren't wide enough to sit that way. I also had some issues putting it together but my husband was able to help me finish it.
