The chair looks good and is comfortable to sit in. I've used it 8 to 10 hours per day for the past few days. It's not quite as padded as an executive style chair but it is comfortable. I'm 6' tall and weigh 160 lbs. Your height and weight may impact the comfort of the chair. The long term quality remains to be seen. My last bonded leather (not real leather) chair had the surface layer begin to peel off after 4 to 5 years. Staples delivered the chair in the time frame promised. It seems to be a good value.

I just got my chair delivered and assembled today. The assembly was very straightforward however there were two bolts (to hold the seat and back) that did not screw into the holes. After 15 minutes of going back and forth I gave up and now my chair is missing two out of the four bolts holding it together. However the chair itself is comfortable and it has a nice cushion to it.
