Saw on-line and visited store to check out all the chairs. After narrowing choice down to three I chose this chair for it's comfort and ability to keep my back straight. Great price on sale and I also used a coupon for in store purchase. Chair was easy to assemble. It is very comfortable.

The chair arrived by delivery and was as describe. I find it comfortable use in my home office and the adjustments meet my needs. The chair as shipped comes in many separate pieces but the instructions are clear and parts are individually packaged and well labeled. An Allen wrench is provided. My only complaint is that several of the holes were not well pre-drilled which made assembly difficult. The chrome finish on the inside of one armrest was pitted on arrival.
