Chair was easy to put together maybe just a little confusing. The roller feet do not seem to seat all the way in and they were hard on your hands to push in but in the end they worked. Everything was included even allen wrenches so you don't need any tools. My only complaint and the reason I knocked off one star is that I was under the impression you could leave the arms off and you can. But then you have these holes where the arms are supposed to attach and nothing to fill them. Suppose I could stick the screws in but imagine they will stick out somewhat. I'll try that.

Definitely intimidated Mr. Bond when I spun around in this chair whilst stroking my white cat. It also provides good lumbar support and the build quality is good glad I didn't bother with that $400 gaming chair watch a youtube review comparing them to ergonomic chairs before buying one.

I love my new chair. Easy to put together (except pushing the wheels in which is always a pain on any chair). I increased the tension for a firmer feel. My son likes this chair better than his own gaming chair and has been trying to trade me. It gives me both lumbar and shoulder support for 10 hour days. Very happy with my purchase.
