Good chair - Ripped Handles

Received today. Easy assembling. Seems comfortable and working properly. Seems to be a 5 star candidate. However Disappointed though that one of the handles has the leather ripped/torn assuming due to bad handling during packing. Not sure if I will get replacement of handles alone by any chance - reaching out though.

This chair was super easy to assemble. I sit for long periods of time and it still remains comfortable. I needed a new chair to work from home due to COVID 19. The only thing I would have wanted to change is the height. I am 6 ft tall. I wish that the chair was able to extend a little bit higher.

I am 6' 2" and find this chair uncomfortable as the lower arm rest supports dig into my thighs. This is a problem the manufacturer could easily fix with spacers that set the supports 1"-2" away from their connection points on the seat back and cushion.

After three months of sitting in a wooden IKEA kitchen chair I bit the bullet and bought this chair. It's just delightful - I can already feel the difference. My back feels better. I did have the store put it together and they did a great job!
