This is a very nice chair! It's very comfortable and it sits you up nice and straight. The only complaint that I have is that the seat area is a bit small. The arms dig into my legs a little bit and I'm a pretty average sized guy. This is only a small annoyance though. Otherwise it's a great comfy chair that has a very professional look.

Some parts of chair were acceptable quality. However the stem of chair is not locked in... seems top half of chair will slip out if on side. Then there are the armrests they do not lock in and are wobbly after install...this is unacceptable. Terribly made or perhaps a reboxed item... Need to return.
