The chair looks nice but one arm is damaged. The leather has a tear and looks mildewed. The rest of the chair looks really good. I was discouraged when I opened the box and found this to be the case. I would like to exchange that one part before we assemble.

The chair was not hard to assemble and the parts were individually packed and marked. Are there small detail things like the side flip that doesn’t cover neatly with the Velcro that could be better? Sure but it’s a fairly cheap chair. I like it thus far and it’s a good chair for hours of sitting on it.

After trying most of the office chairs at Staples there was no comparison to this Bentura chair. Comfortable soft leather with some cushion. Back is long enough for me to rest my head. Other chairs felt hard and uncomfortable. This one seemed like one I can sit in for a while. Shipping was pretty fast (2-3 days).

The chair is comfortable and priced. I would like to comment on the salesperson who assisted us. He was one of two associates in the store. He had to cover the register and still try to help customers. He was very pleasant and professional. These are trying times.
