I went to a local store to see what was available and test sit them. The Bentura was far and away the most comfortable--good support with no "hot spots". The height and tilt tension are easily adjusted. This chair is also a cleaner more contemporary style which I prefer. Far less expensive than high end office chairs but quite comfortable for multi hour use. Assembly was a bit of a pain. One of the bolts was stubborn requiring a longer allen wrench--which I had in my tool box--to generate sufficient leverage. Quality of chrome plated metal parts is typical Chinese manufacture. Meaning adequate but not great.

Love everything about this chair...it's comfortable has great support...but after barely a year the chair starts to lower the minute I sit in it - it makes you sit at the lowest setting which isn't conducive to an office environment when you're sitting at your desk.

Good chair - Ripped Handles

Received today. Easy assembling. Seems comfortable and working properly. Seems to be a 5 star candidate. However Disappointed though that one of the handles has the leather ripped/torn assuming due to bad handling during packing. Not sure if I will get replacement of handles alone by any chance - reaching out though.
