Was excited about this buy when I assembled it at home it wasn't as comfortable as the floor model perhaps it need to be broken in. The arms are also a little slim so my arms keep slipping off.
This is a very comfortable and durable chair. I did have trouble assembling it when I was trying to screw everything together (the paint they sprayed on the screws made it tough). After that I’ve had no issues. Love the support it provides on my lower back! So much better than my living room dining chairs.
I really like the design and ergonomics of this chair. There's one thing though that prevents me from giving it 5 stars: after two weeks of moderate use it became a bit noisy: metal squeaks from inside the seat and back and there's nothing you can do about it. Doesn't annoy me though
It is fairly comfortable but could use more padding in the seat. It only reclines about 5 inches - I would like about twice that much. It seems to be built sturdily: the base and arms are made of metal instead of the usual plastic. The suggested weight limit of 275 is way more than my scarce 215 pounds but when I sit down it seems to make kind of a light cracking noise so that makes me feel like I need to sit into the chair slowly and use the arms to lower down so that it doesn't break! One nice thing is that the seatback is higher than some others so that I can lean my head back on it somewhat; I am 6 foot 2 so that is not bad. Overall pretty good we will have to see if the seat breaks but it does have a 7 year mfr warranty so I guess I can call them if the seat needs to be replaced. Gotta hang onto that receipt!
