Had trouble with screwing the back of the seat because the placement of the screw holes. The screws didn’t go in properly at first then had to unscrew them and put them back in. Not sure how long this chair is going to last since of our track record with desk chairs has been. Can’t say how good the chair is right now but I will give it a little bit of time and then I will review it.

The chair is comfortable and sturdy. The leather is very soft and I like the tall back rest as many other chairs in this style have a backrest that ends below your neck. It can rock/tilt a tiny bit which is nice but would've been even nicer if it could rock/tilt just a little bit more. Nevertheless I'm happy with the purchase!

The chair we received is defective; impossible to actually assemble as one (only one!) of the screw holes to put the back onto the seat is improperly drilled. Working now to see how to exchange.
