The chair arrived by delivery and was as describe. I find it comfortable use in my home office and the adjustments meet my needs. The chair as shipped comes in many separate pieces but the instructions are clear and parts are individually packaged and well labeled. An Allen wrench is provided. My only complaint is that several of the holes were not well pre-drilled which made assembly difficult. The chrome finish on the inside of one armrest was pitted on arrival.

Some parts of chair were acceptable quality. However the stem of chair is not locked in... seems top half of chair will slip out if on side. Then there are the armrests they do not lock in and are wobbly after install...this is unacceptable. Terribly made or perhaps a reboxed item... Need to return.
