Have had this chair for a few months now - holding up well - comfortable but it became very squeaky. Had to WD-40 it. Other than that - great chair.

"leather" wore off arms after 2 months

The material has scraped off of the arms after only a brief period of mild use. It's not hitting anything sharp or rough so I'm not sure what's going on.

I wanted a chair with lumbar support and comfort. I also didn't want the "big executive" looking chair. This comfortable and sleek. Would be great in a board room conference room setting as it is not bulky. My only complaint was the assembly directions were not included. So I had to take it to the local store and pay $15 for them to assemble it.
