The Bentura Bonded Leather Managers Chair is very comfortable and easy to assemble. I had the chair fully assembled and ready for use in around 15 minutes! Love the adjustable gas cylinder. Height adjustments are easy to make and it works great. Outstanding Value for the Staples Bentura Bonded Leather Managers Chair!! I would definitely purchase this chair again in the future.

The chair was delivered as promised and I was able to assemble it with relative ease except one of the screw holes on the side connecting the back to the seat did not line up and the screw only went in about half way and there was not way to move the back to get it to line up with the second screw already in place.

I am very happy with my purchase of the Ventura Bonded Leather managers chair. It was extremely easy to assemble and it is very comfortable. With its contoured back rest it is very good for posture as I normally tend to slouch. I would highly recommend it.
