I bought the chair and shipped it to the store to have it assembled. When I pick up the chair there were scratches on the back of the chair and also dust. They gave me the floor model instead the one from the box. I paid $14.99 for the assembly of the chair. I am very disappointed and will never shop at staples ever again

The chair was assembled in the store on a timely basis. At home it is very comfortable is much easier to move with the wheels and clearly serves the purpose. I'm quite satisfied so far. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I do hope however that it remains intact and doesn't present any problems in the future.
