This chair was very easy to put together. I've only used it for a couple of days but so far it has been extremely comfortable for me during my long days at the office. The seat is firm but cushy and the back is helping to improve my posture at the office. I really love this chair!

I bought this chair to replace a simple premium "gaming chair" that had a about 4 years of wear and tear. I am probably at my desk 25-30 hours a week. I've had this chair now for about a few weeks and i am pleased with the level of comfort how much higher the seat can be raised compared to my previous chair and how effortlessly rolls. One important piece of information I think prospective buyers should know is the chair is relatively narrow. I am about 5'9" 175 lbs so I have no real complaints; but if you are the sort of person that likes to sit with your back against the cushion and ALSO position your legs more spread out as you sit you are going to need to sit further to the edge of the seat to be able to do so depending on your build.

This office chair is heavy duty and nicely made. It was easy to assemble and it is comfortable. I like the upright position support for my back and I can rest my neck on the tall back. I recommend this chair if you want to sit upright and have adequate lumbar support.

I have always purchased my home office chairs from Staples. This is my sixth or seventh purchase. Unfortunately a bracket which connects the back of the chair to the seat of the chair arrived bent. It was suggested I bring the chair to a local store to have them put it together but I'm a disabled senior without a car and I walk with a cane so this suggestion wasn't helpful. I also didn't want to pay any more money to have it assembled. I put most of the chair together except for two screws that I was unable to use because of the bent bracket. I hope I don't fall out of the chair at any point because of that. Otherwise I like the chair.
