I purchased this chair to replace a 10 year-old office chair I had that was pretty comfortable for a long time. My cats however ended up scratching off all of the "vinyl" so it was time to replace it. I still have the cats and wanted to purchase a chair that was comfortable affordable and that my cats would hopefully not go after. This chair tics all those boxes. I would definitely purchase this again. The only hard part in the assembly was just as other reviewers commented on and that is pushing in the castors. I was able to get 3 of the 5 in myself with strong exertion but had to ask my daughter (who is stronger than I) to push in the other two. Other than that you really can assemble this chair yourself. The lumbar support is an extra bonus and the chair is very comfortable.
