This chair was a disappointment. we bought 3 chairs. 2 Only last 18 mo before it started falling apart. the wheels keep popping off. and no longer adjusts up n down. very poor quality.

I loved how the chair felt for my bad back. I can rest my head comfortably but just 3 days in and it makes such a loud horrendous squeak. I put WD40 and it still squeaks. I'm only 5'8 140lbs. This has been the only chair that squaks obnoxiously from my past chairs.

It was great the first day however after sitting in it for 8 hours 5 days a week the bottom cushion creates dimples of your cheeks and continues to flatten. Also hard to adjust the knot on bottom to recline. reclines 1/2 inch. Returned it for refund.

Does not last and poor back support . I purchased in May 2020 and this is not a durable chair. Would not buy if you are planning to use it in a home office if you work from home. I can see it lasting longer if you use it an average of a couple hours a week. The back support is gone. I am putting it out for trash pick up.
