Most of all I want you know I got great service at the Staples Woburn and also at the Staples Alewife. The staff at both places - once I got with the right person were knowledgeable and very customer oriented. Alewife helped me get to the right person at Woburn and the chair was ready to be picked up when scheduled. And offers for help were ample! Thank you for the good experience! And got the chair into the house -- very comfortable! Thank you!

Fairly simple to put together that’s definitely a plus! Incredibly comfortable so far. My prior chair was starting to leave me with back aches by the end of the day. This chair is so far living up to the 10 hour per day expectation that was set.

This chair was awesome for about 2 weeks then quickly deteriorated. The cushion went completely flat you can feel all the springs and it creaks like none other. What a waste of money I'm so disappointed. I'll never buy another Staples chair.
