My last two chairs purchased from Staples were duds and wore out in less than 1 year. So far this one seems to be a good quality chair. Very comfortable. However I am leery to give 5 stars since I'm not certain how it will hold up.

I really like the design and ergonomics of this chair. There's one thing though that prevents me from giving it 5 stars: after two weeks of moderate use it became a bit noisy: metal squeaks from inside the seat and back and there's nothing you can do about it. Doesn't annoy me though
