The chair is comfortable and priced. I would like to comment on the salesperson who assisted us. He was one of two associates in the store. He had to cover the register and still try to help customers. He was very pleasant and professional. These are trying times.

The lumbar support is a bit higher than comfortable making it difficult to stay seated in chair for a long duration. The seat sinks in and is not very sturdy. The chair is ok but if you're looking for long-term comfort I would not get this one.
