Replaced a 3-year-old Tervina with this chair. Very comfortable decent back support and the tensioner works great. My only wish is that it would allow to lean back a little bit further. It stops short of what most other chairs allow.

As an Engineer that started as a Mattel production engineer and worked in design programming and quality control inspection in Aerospace Engineering including the Apollo rocket program I was "Blown away" at the quality of the design (parts and materials ease of assembly) production (finished sewing polished metalwork and chrome etc. and accuracy of assembly) and beauty (comfortable leather-appointed seating) of this chair. Like 15 stars on a scale of 5. Great.
