Love everything about this chair...it's comfortable has great support...but after barely a year the chair starts to lower the minute I sit in it - it makes you sit at the lowest setting which isn't conducive to an office environment when you're sitting at your desk.

I'm 5'2" and the arm rest is perfect for my length. The seats are extremely cushioned and there's a curved backrest for your waist. Really ergonomically designed and for $140-$180 (depending if you apply a discount) it's good looking and a great price. I put it together in 10 mins.
