Chair was easy to put together maybe just a little confusing. The roller feet do not seem to seat all the way in and they were hard on your hands to push in but in the end they worked. Everything was included even allen wrenches so you don't need any tools. My only complaint and the reason I knocked off one star is that I was under the impression you could leave the arms off and you can. But then you have these holes where the arms are supposed to attach and nothing to fill them. Suppose I could stick the screws in but imagine they will stick out somewhat. I'll try that.

This chair is very stylish and comfortable. It fits well within the 29" wide leg opening of the desk it goes with. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the assembly which seemed simple was actually tricky to get the screws aligned and in place. It's easier when two people work together one holding the back in place while one inserts the screws. It's really is a beautiful chair though!

I bought this chair to replace a simple premium "gaming chair" that had a about 4 years of wear and tear. I am probably at my desk 25-30 hours a week. I've had this chair now for about a few weeks and i am pleased with the level of comfort how much higher the seat can be raised compared to my previous chair and how effortlessly rolls. One important piece of information I think prospective buyers should know is the chair is relatively narrow. I am about 5'9" 175 lbs so I have no real complaints; but if you are the sort of person that likes to sit with your back against the cushion and ALSO position your legs more spread out as you sit you are going to need to sit further to the edge of the seat to be able to do so depending on your build.

Fits and looks great in a home office. Nice chair my husband likes the option of leaning back a way and reading. This one fits that bill too! I selected it for its attractive appearance. It is a BEAR to put together! My husband did it and said the small $12 or $15 fee they charge to put it together for you is a BARGAIN!
