Pros: Comfortable padded movable armrest Cons: Tilt control hard to use because it's on the same lever as vertical control. In any case even unlocked you have to push back hard to tilt the chair a little. Also the back of the chair has 2 vertical portions; the place where they meet can become uncomfortable after sitting for a while.

This chair is perfect for my home office. I purchased it unassembled & must compliment the manufacturer on excellent assembly instructions. It was put together quickly with ease. And this is coming from a 78 year-old man who has difficulty following assembly instructions. Koodos to all from a very satisfied customer.

TERRIBLE! I tried out every chair that Staples had on display at my local store I sat in each one for about 3-5 minutes I settled on this chair. I am only 5ft 4in and have shorter legs and arms I am more of a petite frame and this chair seemed to "fit" me the best (verses some of the larger more bulky chairs). This chair is fine if you are going to be sitting in it for less than 30mins but if you spend hours at your desk doing work then you are going to hate this chair! It has little to no cushioning on seat lumbar support is non existent and my back pain is exacerbated by the poor support and lack of comfort of this chair. This chair also sits crooked maybe it is just mine but it the seat is not level. Trust me when I tell you you will not be happy with this chair if you have to sit for long periods of time in it.
