Was replacing and chair more than 10 years old (also Staples!) and find this just as comfortable maybe slightly more so. BUT I did not pay enough attention to the height of the back - the other was a few inches higher and I kinda wish I still had that head rest even tho I don't often lean back that far. But I think I will get used to this and eventually not miss the head rest.

The chair is perfect for what I wanted. When I first looked at all the chairs I was confused but then an employee to help me. His name was Dave and he showed me each chair and listened to all of my needs. During this time he was helping another young lady and I was surprised by how he could handle both of us and keep a happy attitude at the same time. Dave is awesome and the chair that I bought is perfect.
