Chair sinks in less than a year

I purchased this chair 10 months ago and I noticed it was starting to lower slowly within the past two months or so. The hydraulic gasket is leaking more and more air. It was comfortable and great at first but now it sinks slowly to the lowest point in about 5 minutes from its highest point. It was easy to put together which was nice.
