I can't complain because the price was right but there is a bit of stuffing poking out between the stitches. Them at the bottom of the back piece they skipped sealing in the stuffing and just zipped the upholstery as best they could so that won't last forever. It's a very comfortable chair though and I feel pretty fine after an 8 hour shift in it.

For the price this is excellent. However it is not ergonomic and after only two weeks I'm already needing a back pad. The seat is well padded though and it was incredibly easy to put together.
