This chair I purchased replaces another Traymore swivel office chair I purchased at a Staples store about 15 years ago. They are almost identical. The function of the new chair is equal to the old one. Very happy with it. I replaced the old chair because the vinyl finish on the arm pads wore off. It was probably cheaper to buy a new chair than have an upholsterer replace the arm pad covers. thanks

I purchased this chair to upgrade my previous one after COVID set in and I was working from home full time. My old chair lacked the support for my back that this one provides. The chair has definately helped my posture and back issues. My only issue with this chair is that the seat portion does not have as much cushion as I would have liked but for the price I paid and I'm also sitting in the chair 8 - 10 hours a day I will buy a small support pillow to take care of this problem. If you are purchasing to work at your desk for shorter amounts of time I think this would be a great purchase.

I have Sciatica pain which runs from my back to my thighs. I tried all different office chairs but everything hurt me. When I look for soft cushions the arms of the chairs are not adjustable or soft. This chair has both but I am not sure about the quality of the material and the stitching. So I purchased a 3 yr warranty which was $15 from Staples. You cannot beat the combination the price and the warranty.
