2 stars for my experience so far. Tried the chair at the store and thought it was very comfy. Brought mine home got to the last step and realized the back with connected L bracket was VERY crooked and wouldn't install on the seat base correctly. Returned to store and they quickly swapped out with another back from a different box. Then went home and put it together and sat on it. The seat base padding is VERY uneven such that one of my legs is visibly higher than the other. This will definitely cause my back to hurt over time. Now I have to return to the store AGAIN to see what we can do. I expected more when paying ~$100 but maybe I shouldn't have? If I could get all the parts to be acceptable quality I might give the chair 3-4 stars for comfort. Too new to rate durability.
