My instore purchase was very pleasant. The clerk was very patient and helpful. My grandsons 14 and 16 put it together for me. I have found it to be quite comfortable. The seat heighth adjustment is easy to use as are the arm heights. My only wish and I knew it at the time was that the arms do not go under my desk top. If I lower the chair to acommodate the arms then the chair is too low. I had designed the office area to have the counter regular height desk is 6 inches lower and the computer area 5 inches below that. I had never had a chair with arms before so this is different. I figure for the price if they get messed up I’ll just remove them. I also like it because it is not huge and bulky for my smaller space. I am happy with my purchase and would buy it again.

this chair is so close to 5 stars - the seat back cushion is very comfortable but way too erect - to be really comfortable it needs to go back at least 2 inches .. and the seat cushion is quite short - the seat bottom needs at least another 3 inches to support more under your legs - it is a 3 *** chair meant to be a 5 ***

I like this chair for my computer don't know how long its going to last I am hoping for 8 yrs.I hope the comfortable seat lasts and doesn't sink in for less support. I like the size fits perfectly in my bedroom in front of our computer. Everything seems to be working fine! Very pleased with my purchase of this Traymore black-59425-CC Managers Chair & the price I paid!
