Not the easiest chair to assemble. Worth the $20 to have Staples do it.

Tilt tension is way too tight even when adjusted as loose as possible.

Bought for my 81 year old mom who can be picky…picky…picky. She has some mobility issues due to back / knee problems and was hoping a new chair would help with the discomfort while at her desk. After trying a dozen chairs in several stores she settled on the Traymore for the back and leg support.. After a week she could not be happier! Purchasing was a breeze from Staples and assembly was straight forward and quick.

I love the adjustable arm rests and the back that is not too high for my body frame.
