One of the arms is loose if I try and tighten it anymore I’m afraid I will strip the screws so I don’t want to do that. Also there really isn’t much cushion or padding on the chair

I've been working from home in this chair for a couple of weeks of so. It's sturdy--including the casters and arm rests--and the cushions give firm support. Plus it was really easy to put together. In fact...a shout out to the folks who designed the instructions and parts packaging--the segmented bag with the labeled parts is INGENIOUS and the instructions were AWESOME.
