The chair meets or exceeds my expectations except for the arm height adjustments. One arm has to be set two or three notches above the other in order for the arm rests to be at the same height. This limits the adjustment range.

This may not be as good for 8 continuous hours as some of the other chairs at twice the price but it's very comfortable. I also needed a slightly higher max height than average which this chair delivers. Overall I'm glad I bought it.
