The height and tilt controls work fine too. I love the chair. The only problem I had was that the screws were mislabeled making it frustrating to assemble. Once I took a break and then noticed that the labels for the packets the screws came in didn't match the color labels on the screws it was easy correct this mistake and assemble the chair.

I reviewed a number of chairs on-line first prior to visiting Staples store. The experience with the staff at Staples is fabulous. A rep came to my aid with bringing the boxed item to the register tenaciously helped locate my rewards number in the system offered an extended warranty on the chair and volunteered to bring my purchase out to the car !! The chair was inexpensive yet conducive to my needs. I did not opt for the extended warranty because the cost of product was under $100. The chair is comfortable easily assembled and decent style. I would not recommend for height over 5'10" and if you are tall you'll understand. One glitch is the manufacturer failed to drill all screw holes appropriately so not all pieces would fit correctly - very typical and not worth my while to unassemble re-pack and return. Yes I recommend this chair.

Chair was easy to assemble. It was great to have all the same size bolts that used the same size hex wrench. Comfortable. Only time will tell how long it holds up. I am glad that I bought the manager's chair as opposed to the executive chair as I had before.

I think this Staples Traymore Ergonomic Flaux Leather Swivel Computer & Desk Chair is a good value for the money but it not as comfortable as l would like. It was fairly easy to assemble but I would recommend going into the store and sit in a few chairs before buying. Once you assemble a chair it is difficult to return to the store so I will try different cushions and height adjustments and with a little luck I will find a comfort level.
