Ever since I put the chair together and sat down on it it has been a wonderful chair. The only problem with it is that it keeps lowering itself. But since I spoke to Stapes they are sending me a replacement! That in my book is a great company!!!!!

This chair was very easy to put together and is very comfortable. I love the rocking feature. It tightens so you're more upright or on the looser setting the back has a rock to it. The lumbar support is decent. My lower back is sensitive so I put a very small extra something for my back. All and all it's an excellent chair.

the seam where the stitching for the seat is... right where you sit.... started coming apart with in 2 months and now there's a gaping hole rendering the chair unusable
