Review premature as only have desk chair a week - always best to review after a few months. Nice desk chair. Chair comfortable great for short people as seat hits right and not too long. Like how arm's positioned. Nephew put together and screw instructions reversed in 2 places he realized had to unscrew from one place to properly use where should have been. That aspect not so good.

I had a part of padding depressed from being in box and called customer service and wow gave them part number and had a new one in days I could have taken the whole chair back to store to replace or refund but this was easier also learned this chair has a 7 year warrenty! chair is very very comfortable !

Chair is fine but I wasn't able to see one in the store. I tried comparing the dimensions to one I did like because I need a seat that raises high and this unfortunately this one is not it. And while they said shipping was free they added a "Handling" fee since it had to be purchased online so that's gone if I go to return it.

I recently updated my office chair. I really like this one for several reasons: First I can use the arm rests or not. My job requires a lot of up-and-down so arm rests get in the way. Second the front edge of the chair is well-padded keeping me from slipping off. It also provides better support than my last chair relieving back tension. Third it's not so big that it's hard to maneuver. Perfect chair for those of us who are smaller but need options!
