Perfect fit for my office. The store manager at the Harrisonburg Virginia store was friendly and efficient. Order the chair and I payed for assembly. Great experience
I recently MC'd a five-night holiday event over an FM transmitter and the organizers forgot to provide me with a comfortable chair. There was no way my back was going to handle a metal folding chair for all those hours and days so I broke down and ran to Staples to try to find a solution. This was the least expensive chair in stock so I bought it on a whim thinking I could use it at home afterward. The assembly was very simple something I never expect these days and the chair was perfectly comfortable and functional for what I needed those five nights. However that's where its usefulness ended for me. For home office use the cushions are just too fragile and I am afraid every time I bump into my desk with it that I'm going to tear it. Also the bolts that secure the arms keep slightly loosening so I don't know how long this chair will last. Now I know why my previous chair which has lasted almost thirty years(!) cost $300 in 1995. If you're looking for something to use every once in a while or maybe a spare this is OK for the money but if you're planning on keeping a chair around for a long time spend some extra money for a better quality model.
Chair is good. Seat is comfortable but back neats lumbar support. Back leans to far back not straight up when it is as tight as it will go. I had to put something behind me to be sitting straight up. It was somewhat in expensive so worth what i paid for it. It works well as long as i keep my seat cushion behind me to support back while typing.
