Only used it for a week so far but it is comfortable and for me most importantly small enough to move easily in and out of my desk; all controls worked and I am able to make it as high or as low as I want or need. The back is comfortable when I remember to sit back and have the chair support me.

REALLY LIKE THE CHAIR BUT ON THE WAY HOME THE BOTTOM SECTION OF THE CHAIR CAME OFF AND FELL ON THE ROAD. LUCKILY I WAS ABLE TO FIND IT AND IT WASN'T DAMAGED.

This is the best most comfortable little chair! I bought it because I wanted a chair with a smaller foot print in limited space and it is so much more comfortable than I expected. It glides easily and the adjustable arms work easily too. Great office chair on a budget too! I highly recommend it.
