after 5 months of use the chair goes down by itself several times a day. Almost humorous when virtually meeting with clients but very aggravating!

I upgraded to this chair from a regular steel chair which worked out awesome so far. It has seat height and armrest height adjustment so you can resist the pressure coming from the hands onto the desk also swings around 360* any direction and slides anywhere within the working space area.
