Nice chair but as with all Staples office chairs that we have bought (5) we cannot change the seat tension so it will lean back. The large knob will NOT budge!

Bought this for my daughter. She wanted moveable arm rest which this has. The chair is soft and comfortable. The back goes up to mid back. Easy to put together only complaint is that the arm rest material underneath could be made better. The leather is held by thin material stapled to the underside. I added some staples to ensure the material held in place. This is the biggest improvement I see that is needed.

The chair is soft and comfortable but I wish I had stepped up to one that has a lumbar support. I did purchase a back support which makes the chair more suitable for an 8 hour day.
