Chair is fine but I wasn't able to see one in the store. I tried comparing the dimensions to one I did like because I need a seat that raises high and this unfortunately this one is not it. And while they said shipping was free they added a "Handling" fee since it had to be purchased online so that's gone if I go to return it.

This chair was reasonably priced easy to assemble and is comfortable to sit in. My only complaint would be that the upper part of the adjustable arms are a little loose and rattle around due to the slide mechanism.

The chair itself is quite comfortable (my back is grateful) and was easy to assemble. But I need to place a huge shout out to Staples for delivering this chair to me one business day after I ordered it! When my office staff was instructed to work from home due to the pandemic I did not have an appropriate chair to sit in for a full workday. After two days of using a dining room chair my lower back was *not* happy and the transition into using this chair was welcomed and has been a huge help. So I am very pleased with this purchase.
