I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. It is comfortable everything works smoothly and it was a good price for its level of quality.

The chair was easy to assemble. Use a flash light to identify L and R arm rests. Nice comfortable chair for women and big guys. So good I went back for a second one

I wanted a basic "uncomplicated" chair. This has a faux leather feel that is very soft. It slides smoothly across carpet areas. It spins easily around. I chose to leave the arms off of it as they tend to get in my way when I duck into and out of the chair. The back is tall enough to support my shoulder blades but not my head and neck. There is no lumbar support although the seat angle is adequate without it. Haven't had it long enough to know about long-term durability but it seems to be solid enough.

Assembly was a bit easier than I expected and the chair has been very comfortable and well needed since we purchased it.

Its comfortable when you 1st sit in it...but it is a smaller chair so after a bit it becomes less so.
