Bolts do not thread properly and loosen up. I had 2 bolts that did not thread all the way and after 2 weeks all the bolts on the arm had loosened. I tightened them all up and every one on the seat bottom. I do not expect that this will last and require some tweaking by me. I could return the chair but that would require a trip to the store which I am now avoiding due to Covid-19
