I went to the Rochester location where a gentleman followed us around the first time. He didn't explain his presence so it was a little strange to us. Then brought the wrong color chair when I asked for a specific color. Very frustrating because that process took quite a while. We purchased a chair but not the one we were looking for. I had asked the gentleman if maybe another store would have the color we wanted. He said they would not and that we would need to go onto the website. I went onto the site but the sale promotions was not available. I went back to the store a couple of weeks later and the same gentleman came to assist me. I asked him several questions to which he didn't have the answers to. I was at my whit's end with the lack on knowledge from this employee and the lack of interest of anyone else to try to help. My boyfriend ended up going to the Somersworth office and the attendant located the product in Newington.
