I bought two chairs at the competitors store because I normally had gone there. One of them didn't even go together properly and I returned it. I was not treated well either time. They were neither friendly nor helpful. I decided to look at Staples' selection before returning the above chair. I found one that was better went to just check the stock at the first place and return that chair but returned to Staples. From the moment I entered the people were helpful and friendly. I got what I wanted quickly and am very pleased with the level of service I received from Tim. I signed up with the rewards while I was there which are also better already than at the competitor. I got a free desk as well. I am liking the Staples chair more than the one I had kept from the competitor. So now I want another one of this same chair because it just is so much better than theirs. Also in the future I will go to Staples first and probably won't even bother with the competitor.
