Was very easy to assemble. Takes about 20 minutes and I'm a 63 year old lady. So for the young it should be no problem. Instructions very simple.

Very comfortable and sturdy. I left the arms off as I use it for playing my keyboard. It provides the back support and cushioning I need. Standard piano or keyboard benches do not provide this and I end up in pain after just a few minutes.
