Easy enough to assemble but no description on how the tilt works. I had to call the store to find out if it was defective. I previously had a cloth chair and I would prefer that over the faux leather (vinyl) that I purchased

Ever since I put the chair together and sat down on it it has been a wonderful chair. The only problem with it is that it keeps lowering itself. But since I spoke to Stapes they are sending me a replacement! That in my book is a great company!!!!!

It is good seating comfortable. It is able to swing to the sides. I wanted to lower the sides but it doesn't go down anymore. I think it's a good price for this kind of chair.

After putting it together we noticed that the back did not sit squarely on the seat causing it to be about an inch lower on one side. We couldn’t fix this as it was caused when the original hardware was installed onto the seat. We will exchange it because for the price the chair is very comfortable and attractive!

So comfortable. I have back issues and this chair fits my back just right! Easy to maneuver raising it higher and lower. Very happy with this chair. This is the second Traymore chair I've bought and they are both super!
