One of the screws holding the right armrest wouldn't go in all the way it tightened while still a couple of mms from contact with the part. It is one of three screws holding the part so not really a problem. Other than that the chair assembled fine and works flawlessly. My mom needed it for her computer desk. She said it is very comfortable. Looks good too.
