This is an okay chair for use at my computer. I wanted padded arm rests and adjustable height and it gives me that. Not a bad quality chair. It is comfortable but doesn't have an adjustable backrest nor does it lean back if you sit back in it. You get what you pay for. Thinking now that I should have gone more expensive to get higher quality that would last longer than I expect this chair will.

The chair went together easily but it’s not symmetrical. One arm is higher than the other and they are both down all the way. One side of the seat cushion is higher than the other. And the very back piece where your lower back goes is not fully stuffed with filler. It’s like there is a big hole that didn’t get the chair backing into it. Spend more money and get a better quality chair.

The chair is comfortable and nice and we were very happy with it until I leaned slightly on my right arm a week in and the button holding the armrest just flew off broken at the base. The Protection plan WILL NOT cover such a simple repair and they want us to spend a week or more without an office chair at home while we get rid of it they're satisfied with the proof of disposal we get our money back and buy another chair.
