The first thing I noticed about this chair is how attractive it is. It has a rich professional look. It is also very comfortable. The chair height can be adjusted but not the back. The back is in a fixed position but it feels just right for me. The chair bottom has a tilt feature with an adjusting knob. The amount of effort required to tilt can be user set or with the push of a lever lock the chair so it can't tilt. The chair requires assembly but the process is very easy and doesn't take long. The two arms can be left off if desired. Overall it's an excellent chair and I'm very satisfied with it.

Not enough cushioning

After a few months of use the seat cushion has become very uncomfortable. Not enough padding for everyday use. I have to use a pillow to soften the derriere.
