Bought this chair for my 11 yr old daughter - she loves it! Very comfortable. Fairly easy to assemble. Although there is one issue that may cause us to return the chair. The chair has a strong odor that has not dissipated yet. If you have a sensitive nose to strong odors this chair is not for you.

The chair mostly stays at the right height but a few months in the seat cushion started to tear and now has the foam spilling out. It's falling apart and very unsightly. I'm surprised the cat hasn't considered the foam her new toy to eat and destroy.

Good for Price - Cashier's Service Was Even Better

My wife is happy with the quality of the chair and the sale price was quite reasonable. Better yet was the exceptional customer service provided to us by cashier Kathy. We had four older Staples gift cards that were continually rejected by the checkout process - no matter if they were entered electronically or manually. So Kathy got on a phone and called Staples Store Support where she was repeatedly transferred from one person to another or told to call an entirely different number. But she was tenacious and never gave up until she finally reach a Staples' employee that was able to resolve the issue by emailing us a Staples eGift Card that covered the total amount of our plastic gift cards that wouldn't work. So many thanks to Kathy for spending more than a half hour solving our gift card issue - THAT'S WHAT YOU CALL TERRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
