The arms continually shake even though they are secured properly. The chair arms are not finished as well as they should be and the fabric on the underside just seems to be gathered and glued in place. The three cylinders that go around the stem of the chair to give it a finished look just collapse into one another therefore the silver metal stem shows when the rest of the chair is black. What to do?

Easy to assemble good instructions comfortable one arm rest is more padded than the other (they should be the same) underneath sides of the armrests could have been done more neatly (poor under-wrap job) chair rolls nicely.

We bought three of these chairs for desks in our home office. As school is getting back into session we needed better arrangements for homework. The chairs were easy to assemble. My 14 year old son put all three together in about 30 minutes. They’re comfortable roll easily and feel solid. They’re definitely simple chairs but they feel sturdy durable and look nice.
