The chair is comfortable and has the features I need. The material is really soft and it has the right amount of cushion where it's needed. The price is great for the features and comfortability. After assembling the chair and sitting in it I noticed the chair leaned to the left and the left armrest was a little lower than the right even though they were at the same adjustment level. After turning the chair upside down I removed the left armrest and noticed there is a block of wood that doesn't sit flush like the right side (about 1/2" to 3/4" difference) which explained the armrest difference. I had to add a shim to the right armrest and tighten it before they were at a similar height but still not even. When I sat back in the chair the arms felt better but the chair still leaned to the left. I turned the chair back over and had to use shims to even the seat as well. I very recently had shoulder surgery so I can't put the chair in the car to return to the store. I also shouldn't have been trying to fix it except that the side leaning was also the side I had surgery. I can't spend any amount of time working at my computer with the chair the way it was without a lot of pain. Double edged sword I guess. Since making the necessary adjustments the chair is quite comfortable and I'm able to concentrate on my work a little better.

This chair is so comfy and soft I absolutely love it! I’m 5’1 approx 130lbs and I work in an office from 8:30 - 5 and haven’t had an uncomfortable day so far. Granted it’s only been a week but it’s been a stressful week at work and I appreciated the comfort of the chair. Being short a lot of the taller backed chairs cause me to have to tilt my head forward but this chair hits right at my shoulders which is perfect for me! Love it
