Holes on bottom of seat aren't aligned right so can't get back straight. Thought of returning it and trying again but have no confidence another would be better. Besides needing a chair now and not wanting to struggle with the badly designed wrench to put another one together. Cheap chair so got what I paid for. Plus it has a real hard seat.

I just started a new job as a work from home medical call center person. This job required me to do 40 hours of zoom calls for the last two weeks and then this week I started doing eight hours a day on the phones. I noticed right away that the Pastor ball chair without arms I was using was no good for my right shoulder which actually does need replacing… I knew I wouldn’t be able to continue with the job unless I found a really good chair with good arms so that I could do that much sitting and not wreck my shoulder and this is it!
